Refund Policy

Renewal will be auto processed without sending any notices, this will be for both Annual and Monthly subscriptions. However, the renewal stands cancelled if we receive any cancellation request prior to the renewal time.

We do not practice refunds on any annual memberships, though on exceptions, refund may be processed if intimated within 3 days of payment. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time.
